1. Donation Refund Policy

Donations made to AmriNova Jana Seba Foundation are generally non-refundable once successfully processed. However, we may consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate donation made accidentally.
• Incorrect donation amount due to a technical or payment error.
• Unauthorized or fraudulent transaction.
• Any other genuine payment-related issue, subject to verification.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us as soon as possible after the transaction.

Please provide the following details:

• Donor's full name.
• Donation date.
• Donation amount.
• Transaction ID or payment reference number.
• Reason for requesting a refund.

All refund requests will be reviewed and verified before approval. We may request additional information or transaction proof to confirm the payment.

Refunds will only be processed where the request is found to be genuine and eligible under this policy.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, the amount will generally be returned through the original payment method, where possible. The processing time may depend on the payment gateway, bank, or financial institution.

We cannot guarantee a specific refund processing time.

6. Non-Refundable Donations

Donations that have been properly processed and used for charitable activities may not be eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law or approved by the Foundation.

7. Fraudulent Transactions

If you believe that an unauthorized transaction has been made using your payment method, please contact us immediately and also inform your bank or payment service provider.
